Taunton Tandem Group - December 2013 Ride Report

7 tandems plus one solo assembled at Pitney, nr Somerton for the Taunton group Xmas lunch ride on 14th December.

We set off towards Langport where the group enjoyed a short coffe stop at the popular Riverside Cafe. Heading onto the levels we passed through Muchelney, Kingsbury Episcopi, Long Sutton and Somerton before returning back to the start point for an enjoyable lunch at the Halfway House. Here we were joined by other members who had been unable to make the ride ping the numbers up to eighteen. The food and conversation was great and we are all looking forward to the first ride of 2014.
